How much do your services cost?

Prices vary depending on the services you're interested in, but we do offer bulk service discounts, non-profit discounts, and create custom packages so that clients can increase their marketing efforts as business picks up. You can see pricing for specific services HERE.
Do you only take clients in Maryland and Pennsylvania?

We are a completely remote marketing agency, which means we can work with clients anywhere in the world. You can communicate with us via phone, email, or Zoom calls. We currently have clients in over 10 states throughout the US.
Which industries do you work with?

We are not an industry-specific marketing agency, so we can work with any type of business. However, we don’t multiple clients that directly compete against each other, so we have several other great marketing agencies that we refer you to if we already have one of your direct competitors as a client. Can we do month-to-month contracts?

We don't like contracts. We're rather work closely and communicate well. Just let us know 30 days before you want to pause or cancel service so that we don't start working on the next month's content.
Are there any other fees associated with set up?

In your first month as a recurring Millennial Marketing client utilizing social media marketing services, you will be charged a one-time $250 onboarding fee. This allows our team to do the required research on your business, industry, and competitors to form a marketing strategy that will work. We also create a report so that you know where you’re starting, outline short-term and long-term goals, and do the necessary hashtag research for your business.
When can we start?

Millennial Marketing accepts new clients on the 1st and 15th of each month. All invoices are due on the 1st of the month.
How many people will have access to my account?

The number of team members who work on your account will depend on which services that your business chooses. Most social media management clients will have 2 Millennial Marketing team members with access to their accounts.
